Multi-functional rescue cage: Features optimum accessibility due to three frontal accesses, even from balconies and parapets. For rescue a new stretcher support was developed with a capacity of 200 kg. The rescue cage is used on all L27, L32, and L39.

B32: The Metz hydraulic platform is launched, which was developed in cooperation with Wumag. It features optimum reach and and platform payloads. The Metz CAN bus controls used on the B32 are simliar to the safety features and operation on the L32.
